Avanti Capital PLC01 May 2007 This announcement replaces the announcement submitted at 09:43 on 1 May 2007 (RNS # - 8486V) due to a correction to the number of Shares in Issue Avanti Capital PLC ('the Company') Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify themarket of the following information regarding the total number of voting rightsand capital in respect of the shares of the Company which are admitted totrading on AIM. The Company's issued share capital consists of 8,025,932 ordinary shares of 60peach, with one voting right per share. There is no other class of share whichhas voting rights and there are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 8,025,932. The above figure of 8,025,932 may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
