Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 May 2017 Premier Oil plc's issued share capital consisted of 510,824,261 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence with voting rights. Premier Oil plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The figure of 510,824,261 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Premier Oil plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
