Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 31 January 2026, its issued share capital consists of 789,368,272 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each with voting rights.

There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 789,368,272.

This figure of 789,368,272 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

On 29th and 30th January 2026, the Company purchased a total of 460,000 shares for cancellation. Following settlement of these purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue, and total number of voting rights in the Company, will be 788,908,272.
