Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that as at today's date, 27 April 2011, the Company's issued share capital consists of 293,312,703 ordinary shares of 1 penny each with voting rights and 65,083,186 deferred shares of 49 pence each with no voting rights. The Company currently holds no ordinary shares or deferred shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 293,312,703 and that figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
