In accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or "the Company") (LSE: CIR) confirms that, following the exercise of options over 82,284 Ordinary Shares of 0.08p ("Ordinary Shares") by certain employees under the Company's PSP 2017 share option scheme, the Company's issued share capital consists of 397,645,512 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. No shares are held in treasury.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
