Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital as at 30 November 2016 consisted of 887,228,141 ordinary shares of 10p each of which 22,535,475 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 864,692,666 and this figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, William Hill PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
