Go-Ahead Group PLC04 December 2007 The Go-Ahead Group plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, TheGo-Ahead Group plc ("Go-Ahead") is required to notify the market of thefollowing: As at 30 November 2007, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 43,580,054 ordinaryshares of 10p each, with voting rights. The company also held 3,902,230 ordinaryshares in Treasury with no voting rights. The above figure of 43,580,054 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in Go-Ahead under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
