Eco City Vehicles PLC11 October 2007 Eco City Vehicles plc ("the Company") formerly Pannal plc TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In conformity with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), theCompany makes the following notification. The Company announced on 11 October 2007 the issue and admission of 260,000,000ordinary shares to trading on AIM as a result of issuing new ordinary shares inrespect of the placing and the acquisition of K.P.M. Autos Limited. As a result of this admission, the Company's increased share capital consists of302,050,200 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. No ordinaryshares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 302,050,200. The above figure of 302,050,200 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
