Total Voting Rights

Obtala Resources Limited, the natural resources investment and development company, announces the following voting rights in Obtala in respect of issued shares in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules as at close of business 30 March 2012:

250,129,352 Ordinary Shares of 1p par value, each Ordinary Share carrying one voting right and the total number of voting rights in Obtala as at 30 March 2012 is 250,129,352.

The above figure (250,129,352) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Obtala, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
