3i Group PLC16 January 2007 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following the cancellation of 240,000 of its own ordinary shares of 62 69/88peach ("Shares") on 12 January 2007 and 200,000 Shares on 15 January 2007, 3iGroup plc (the "Company") had 462,193,861 issued Shares admitted to trading on aregulated or prescribed market. Each Share carries the right to one vote inrelation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Companydoes not hold any Shares in treasury.
