3i Group PLC11 January 2007 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following allotments of shares under The 3i Group 1994 Executive Share OptionPlan and The 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan on 9 January 2007, 3i Group plc(the "Company") had 462,633,861 issued ordinary shares of 62 69/88p eachadmitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market. Each ordinary sharecarries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at generalmeetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares intreasury.
