Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR) 5.6.1, Sanne announces that its total issued share capital as at close of business on 30 November 2020 comprised of 147,388,877 ordinary shares of £0.01 each fully paid. This figure includes 98,533 ordinary shares which are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 147,290,344 ordinary shares with voting rights.

The total voting rights figure of 147,290,344 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the Company under the DTR.
