The Company's issued capital as at 31 December 2020, consists of 365,383,056 ordinary shares of £0.001 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Equiniti Group plc as at 31 December 2020 is 365,383,056.
