Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1AR, the Company hereby notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 30 November 2018 consisted of 3,273,590 ordinary shares held in treasury and 1,638,029,849 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Therefore, as at 30 November 2018, the total number of voting rights attaching to the shares in the Company is 1,638,029,849. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
