Total Voting Rights

Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") announces, in compliance with its obligations under Rules 5.6.1R and 5.6.2G of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that:

As at 31 December 2025:

· the Company's capital consisted of 5,697,611,241 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each, with voting rights;

· the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury; and

· the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,697,611,241.

The above figure of 5,697,611,241 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
