Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 JUST EAT plc (the "Company") advises that:

As at 29 January 2016, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 675,432,028 ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 675,432,028. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
