Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcement of the successful completion of the placing on 15 January 2020 and the admission of those new ordinary shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange earlier today, the Company announces that, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 20 January 2020, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 40,830,000 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 40,830,000 ('Total Voting Rights').

The Total Voting Rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
