Total Voting Rights: Month-end Disclosure

In conformity with the provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that at close of business on 31 May 2011, its issued share capital consisted of 164,645,564 Ordinary Shares of nominal value 10p each with one voting right per share.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
