In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 November 2018 the total number of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company was 385,089,448 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 385,089,448.

The above figure of 385,089,448 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Target Healthcare REIT Limited, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
