Total Voting Rights and Capital

 

In accordance with 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Close Brothers Group plc ("CBG") announces that its total issued listed share capital as at 28 February 2026 comprised 152,060,290 ordinary shares of 25p each. This figure includes 1,515,610 ordinary shares which are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 150,544,680 ordinary shares with voting rights.

 

The above figure of 150,544,680 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, CBG under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
