In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 we hereby notify that the company's issued share capital consists of:

Shares held in Treasury 102,732,927 shares
Voting Rights As a result, the total number of voting rights in Taylor Wimpey plc is the net of these two figures, that is 1,055,566,274 shares.
