Total Voting Rights

Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we announce that as at 30 April 2013 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 303,839,446 ordinary shares of 10p each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 303,839,446.

The above figure of 303,839,446 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company.
