Hammerson PLC02 April 2008 Hammerson plc (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued sharecapital at 1st April 2008 comprises 289,314,249 ordinary shares of 25p each withone voting right per share. In addition, there are 1,450,000 shares held intreasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
