Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 28 February 2011 comprised 8,420,817 Ordinary Shares of 10p and 4,936,009 S Ordinary Shares of 10p. Each share carries one voting right and the number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 13,356,826.

The figure above may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, to notify an interest or a change to an interest in the Company.
