Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company allotted 24,451 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each on 23 March2015 in connection with employee share option exercises. As a result of theseallotments, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 1,316,862,502ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not holdany ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is1,316,862,502. The above figure of 1,316,862,502 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in theCompany under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
