Pursuant to an exercise of share options, as at 31 January 2011, Arden's issued share capital comprises 25,541,243 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 1,933,521 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 23,607,722 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (23,607,722 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
