Total Voting Rights
In conformity with provision 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA's") Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 27 February 2015 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 54,740,618 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The voting rights of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote per share. No shares are held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 54,740,618 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
