As at 1 February 2016, the share capital of Hogg Robinson Group plc consists of 325,353,509 ordinary shares, all of which have voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is accordingly 325,353,509
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
