In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

CPPGroup Plc's capital consists of 170,416,681 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in CPPGroup Plc is 170,416,681.

The above figure (170,416,681) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CPPGroup Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
