Total Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 royal blue group plc ("royalblue") would like to notify the market of the following:
As at the date hereof, the issued share capital of royalblue consists of 33,559,103 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure (33,559,103) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, royalblue under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
