GlobalData Plc (GlobalData; the Company; the Group)Total Voting Rights
The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following the completion of the share buyback programme on 11 February 2026, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at the close of business on 27 February 2026, being the last day of trading for that month, consisted of 757,216,635 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in GlobalData is 757,216,635.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
