Dublin, 1 November 2017 | Green REIT Plc ("Green REIT" or the "Company") announces in accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, that as at 31 October 2017, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 694,354,902 ordinary shares (with a par value of 0.10 euro each) with voting rights.

Green REIT does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Green REIT is 694,354,902.

This information may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Green REIT under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, and the Transparency Rules.
