3 December 2007 - Tate & Lyle PLC Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules, Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued capital as at 30 November 2007 consisted of 475,456,499ordinary shares of which 2,015,000 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 November2007 was 473,441,499 and this figure may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tate &Lyle PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
