In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6 McKay Securities Plc confirms that, following cancellation of the repurchased shares announced separately today, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 93,661,920 with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the company is 93,661,920.
