Total Voting Rights
Petropavlovsk PLC ("the Company") announces that, as at 31 October 2009, the total issued share capital of the Company comprises 171,247,488 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each, each ordinary share conveying the right to one vote. Petropavlovsk PLC does not hold any Ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Petropavlovsk PLC is 171,247,488.
The above figure of 171,247,488 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Petropavlovsk PLC under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
