Tate & Lyle PLC Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules, Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued capital as at 30 September 2008 consisted of 459,979,062ordinary shares of which 1,449,714 were held in Treasury.
