Total Voting Rights

UBM plc In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, UBM plc todayannounces the following: As at 28 February 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of442,680,658 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10 pence each) with votingrights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number ofvoting rights in UBM plc is 442,680,658. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, UBM plc under the FCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
