Davis Service Group PLC29 December 2006 For Immediate Release29 December 2006 The Davis Service Group Plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, TheDavis Service Group Plc ("the Company") is required to notify the market of thefollowing: At the date of this announcement, the number of shares issued by the Company, which are listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities, is 170,701,445 ordinary shares of 30 pence each, of which 825,000 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 169,876,445. The above figure 169,876,445 may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company's under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
