Total voting rights

In accordance with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/19/EC) Regulations 2007, Hibernia REIT plc ("the Company") makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company:

As at 10 November 2015 and following the listing of 10,933,826 ordinary shares relating to the internalisation of its management team, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 681,251,285 ordinary shares of €0.10 each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure of 681,251,285 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Transparency Rules issued by the Central Bank of Ireland.
