Enterprise Inns PLC31 January 2007 Enterprise Inns plc (the 'Company') Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with provision 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules (the 'Rules') the Company provides the market with an update on votingrights and capital at the end of the calendar month. As at 4.30 p.m. on 31st January 2007:- •The Company's capital consists of 624,370,072 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence with voting rights •The Company holds 50,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in Treasury (voting rights to these shares are suspended) Therefore the total voting rights in the Company is 574,370,072 and eachordinary share carries a right to one vote. This figure, 574,370,072, may beused by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they willdetermine if the are required to notify their interests in, or a change of theirinterest in the Company, under the Rules. The Company will continue to provide the market with further updates to theCompany's voting rights and capital in its 'Transaction in Own Shares'announcements.
