Total Voting Rights

In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTRs) we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital at 31 May 2015 consisted of 29,405,112 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights admitted to trading. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,405,112. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
