Lookers PLC01 June 2007 Lookers plc Voting Rights and Capital Lookers plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with the Disclosure Rules,that the Company's issued share capital has increased by 200,404 new ordinaryshares of 5 pence each to 180,395,435 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. This increase is following the issue and allotment of shares under the scripdividend offer made by the Company to shareholders who appeared on the Registerof members as at 13 April 2007. The new shares listed as at 31 May 2007. The Company's issued share capital consists of 180,395,435 ordinary shares of 5pence each with voting rights in the Company of one vote per share, or180,395,435 in total.
