However, in order tocomply with the guidance to AIM Rule 17 for companies incorporated outside GreatBritain whose shares are admitted to trading on AIM, the Company hasincorporated the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Rules andTransparency Rules by reference into its Articles of Association. Therefore, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules andTransparency Rules, Park Plaza hereby discloses that as at 29 February 2008 itsissued share capital consists of 41,677,292 ordinary shares of nil par value.The total number of voting rights in respect of these ordinary shares is41,677,292, each ordinary share having one vote.
