Balfour Beatty plc - Voting rights and capital

As at 30 November 2010, Balfour Beatty plc's (the "Company") capital consists of 686,231,559 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
