Total Voting Rights

Following admission today of the new A ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") placed with shareholders in connection with the Placing which occurred on 26 February 2015, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") advises that the Company's issued share capital now consists of 313,951,871 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 313,951,871.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
