Total Voting Rights
The Company today announces that, following the exercise of a warrant over 1,397,059 ordinary shares (the "New Shares") held by Marwyn Investment Management Limited, the Company's issued share capital now totals 107,536,766 ordinary shares of 10p each.
Due to the imminent cancellation of Concateno shares, timetabled for 11 August 2009, in conjunction with the recommended offer from Inverness Medical Innovations Inc., the New Shares will not be admitted to AIM for trading prior to cancellation.
The above number of 107,536,766 ordinary shares of 10p each may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
