Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of share in issue and admitted to trading on AIM as at the close of business on 31 March 2026 is as follows:

As at the close of business on 31 March 2026, the Company held 260,500 Ordinary shares in Treasury. These shares will be cancelled in due course.

This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
