Total Voting Rights

The Company has allotted 127,500 ordinary shares in the Company following the exercise of options by a former employee of ACHP plc; the Company now has 118,123,848 ordinary shares in issue. All of the shares have equal voting rights and there are no shares held in treasury.

This figure 118,123,848 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the exercise of options the Company has today applied for 127,500 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that admission of such shares shall take place on or around 10th November 2017.
