Pennant International Group PLC31 October 2007 Pennant International Group Plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital 31 October 2007 In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company confirmsthat, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises32,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each. 1,118,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. The total number of votingrights in the Company is therefore 30,882,000. All of the Ordinary Shares haveequal voting rights.
