3i Group PLC29 June 2007 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following allotments of shares under The 3i Group Share Incentive Plan on 29June 2007, 3i Group plc (the "Company") had 462,368,195 issued ordinary sharesof 62 69/88p each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market. Eachordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances atgeneral meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any ordinary sharesin treasury.
